When do I receive my Degustabox?
Joined on or before the 13th of the month? Receive your box between the 20th and 26th. Joined between the 14th and 21st of the month? Receive your box between the 25th and 30th. Joined on or after the 22nd? Receive that month's box by the 8th of the following month.
What will I find in the Degustabox?
You will receive a variety of exciting food products. The items in the box will be a surprise but we can say one thing, you will always find something new and delicious!
Do I need to pay for anything extra?
Once you have paid for the box (price includes shipping), then that’s it, there is nothing more to pay.
I have received my first Degustabox, what next?
If you are satisfied with your box, continue with your subscription, if not, you can cancel your subscription before the 9th of the month by contacting us through the Contact form
A product in the Degustabox arrived in poor condition, what do I do?
No problem, contact us through the Contact form and we will arrange for you to receive a replacement product.
Do I need to subscribe to receive a box?
Yes, it is a monthly subscription but there is no commitment involved, you can unsubscribe at anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Unsubscribe through the Contact form before the 9th of the month to ensure you are not charged for that month. We do need this cancellation to be in writing via the contact form or directly via email, and you must follow the instructions provided by customer service. Your cancellation will be complete when you receive an automated email from us confirming your cancellation. Please ensure you have received this to be sure your account is cancelled. Cancellations cannot be completed over the phone.
Are my card details authorised?
Upon registering, restarting regular deliveries, reactivating your account or changing card details, a £2 payment may be taken from your card in order to authorise it and prevent fraud. This payment will be immediately voided, but some banks may temporarily reflect these against your account balance.
My box has been slow to arrive. How can I check its status?
We will send you a tracking number when we send out your Degustabox, so you can check your box delivery status. If your box hasn’t arrived before the 30th (unless you joined Degustabox after the 22nd of that month, in which case you can expect delivery by the 8th of the following month), then please use our Contact form and we will be happy to help.
Can I invite a friend?
Yes, you just need to add your friends email address in your account in the "invite friends" section. Your friend will need to follow the link to subscribe and get the promotion.
What can I get when I invite someone?
You will receive 50 points and your friend will have £6 discount for their first box.
Am I going to receive the points if I invite someone after unsubscribing?
No, you will receive points only if your account is active.
How do I buy a subscription?
Please navigate to Degustabox and hit the button "Buy Now!". On the following page please enter your personal information and select the subscription option you would like (monthly or bi-annually). After this click "Buy Now!" and on the next page after that enter your payment details and verify the total amount to be paid. If at this stage you are unsure whether the data entered is correct please navigate back to the previous page by using the Back-button on your browser. After confirming the payment your order will have been made. You'll then automatically be redirected to your user profile. If you're still unsure you can always get in touch with our customer service team. The subscription can be cancelled at any time.
Do you deliver to all parts of the UK?
Currently our courier service is unfortunately only able to deliver to standard mainland UK postcodes excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and the Scottish Highlands, Islands and some other remote areas of rural Scotland.
