What does the box include?
Degusta Box is a monthly surprise food and beverage subscription box with 10-15 products, many of which are new to the market. The items in the box will be a surprise but we can say one thing, you will always find something new and delicious with excellent value for money!
How can I speak to Customer Service?
You can reach out to our customer service team via phone (020 3988 4339) on Monday until Thursday between 9h and 12h and between 13h and 16h. On Fridays you can call us between 8:30h and 14h. We´re also available via Facebook Messenger. You can also fill in our contact form by clicking here. One of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum subscription time?
There is no mimimum subscription time. You can request for your account to be cancelled at any time through the contact form on our website. Make sure you cancel before the 1st, if you don't wish to be charged for the next month's box. 
How much does the box cost?
The box costs 12.99 GBP each month if you chose a monthly subscription where the payment is taken in the beginning of each month and 11.99 GBP if you chose a quarterly or semiannual subscription type where the whole payment is taken at the start of the subscription period.
Can I customise the box to specific needs?
Unfortunately, we are unable to customise the boxes on an individual basis for different dietary types such as vegan, vegetarian or gluten free. We also do not offer non-alcohol boxes. We do however take all feedback into account and are working on bringing our subscribers more options for preferences!
Can I receive more than one box?
Currently, it´s only possible to order one box per account per month.
What are the points and what are they for?
Our points are a reward system, which you can accumulate and redeem for a free box once you have 100 points.
There are two ways to earn points:
1) Invite a friend and you will receive 50 Degusta points
2) Complete a product survey- tell us what you think about the products in your box and you will earn 5 Degusta Points. We also offer contests for points and free boxes on our social media channels.
In order to redeem them log into your account and click the “My Points” button on the left hand side. Here you will see how many points you have. Once you have 100 points click the redeem button and get excited for your next Degusta Box.
If you cancel your subscription, your points will not be deleted and you can still use them as soon as you reactivate your account.
How can I use the Groupon voucher?
In order to succesfully redeem your box, go to our sign up page. You can then hit "enter a promotional code", enter your Groupon code and press apply. Please not that you can only use a Groupon voucher as a new customer.
