My Deliveries

Do you deliver to all parts of the UK?
Currently our courier service delivers to UK postcodes excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands & Islands and some other remote areas of rural Scotland.
When will I receive the box?
For your first box:
- Sign up between the 1st and the 10th of the month and you should receive the box between the 15th and 25th of that month. -
Sign up between the 11th and the 22nd of the month and you should receive the box between the 25th and 31st of that month.
- Sign up between the 23th and the last day of the month and you should receive the box by the 11th of the following month.

After your first box, you should always get your box in the first round of deliveries between the 15th and 25th of the month.

Please note these are indicative dates – If we reached a stockout situation, your box will then automatically arrive with the first round of deliveries of the following month.
 
How do I follow my delivery?
Can I change the delivery address?
You can change your delivery adress in your profile. Just click on "Personal Details" - you will need to first enter your post code and then select the correct address from the drop-down list. If your box is already on its way you will also need to let us know that you have changed your address (as the box will still be labelled with your old address), or change the address directly via the tracking email sent to you by our courier. Please note that changing the address with our courier will affect that box only, and you will need to update your address in your Degusta Box profile for the following month.
What do I need to do when my box hasnĀ“t arrived?
First, it's advisable to check the latest update on your tracking link. We send the tracking link via text message and/or email, but you can also find it in your online account under "My Deliveries".

What do I need to do when the box does not arrive in good condition?
We´re sorry if this has happened. It's best to reach out to our Customer Service team as they can help to provide a resolution to this matter.
