My Payments

What are the payment methods?
Currently we only accept online payments with Visa and Mastercard. You must sign up through our Degustabox website.
When will I be charged?
Your first payment will be taken on the day you sign up.
For your second payment, you will be charged automatically on the 11th of the month.
From your third payment and in each month following, you will be charged automatically within a payment window between the 1st and the 5th of the month.

Unfortunately we cannot offer customised payment dates at the moment.
Where can I find my invoices?
You can find your invoice in the online account. Simply log in, click on Subscription & Payments and click on the icon under Invoice to download the receipt. 
Why was I charged £1 or £2?
When you update your payment information our system makes an authorisation hold to make sure the card is valid. Normally this does not show up on your account but occasionally it shows up as a £1.00 or £2.00 pending charge. The money will not be charged to your account and the charge will disappear from your account once the pending transaction has processed.

If you have been charged an additional £3.95 you probably live in a remote area where DHL charges us extra for deliveries to said location.
How do I update my payment details?
Just login into your user profile via the “My Account” button at the top of the website. In the "Personal Details" section go to "Payment Methods". From there you can update all your information. Just let our customer service team know through our contact form, if you have any further questions.
