My subscription

Can I receive more than one box?
Only one account is allowed per customer, and we can only send one box per month to each subscriber.
Why was I charged £1 or £2?
When you update your payment information our system makes an authorization hold to make sure the card is valid. Normally this does not show up on your account but occasionally it shows up as a £1.00 or £2.00 pending charge. The money will not be charged to your account and the charge will disappear from your account once the pending transaction has processed.
Do you deliver to all parts of the UK?
Currently our courier service delivers to UK postcodes excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands & Islands and some other remote areas of rural Scotland.
How can I use the Groupon Voucher?
You can only use a groupon voucher as a new customer. In order to succesfully redeem your code, go to our sign up page. 
You can then hit "enter a promotional code", enter your Groupon code and press apply.

Customise the box?
Unfortunately, we are unable to customise the boxes on an individual basis. 
We do take all feedback into account and are working on bringing our subscribers more options for preferences!
When will I be charged?
Your first payment will be taken on the day you sign up.

For your second payment, you will be charged automatically on the 11th of the month.

From your third payment and in each month following, you will be charged automatically within a payment window between the 1st and the 5th of the month.
Unfortunately we cannot offer customized payment dates at the moment.
How can I cancel?
Please cancel your subscription through the Contact form before the 1st of the month. Please be aware that cancellations must be made via contact form and cannot be made over the phone. Once you are in the contact form, choose the category "cancellation" and you will be lead through the cancellation procedure. After successful completion of the cancellation you will receive an email confirmation. 
Minimum subscription time.
There is no mimimum subscription time. You can request for your account to be cancelled at any time through the contact form on our website. Make sure you cancel before the 1st, if you don't wish to be charged for the next month's box. 
When will I receive the box?
For your first box (please note these are indicative dates):
- Sign up between the 1st and the 10th of the month and you should receive the box between the 15th and 25th of that month.
- Sign up between the 11th and the 22nd of the month and you should receive the box between the 25th and 31st of that month.
- Sign up between the 23th and the last day of the month and you should receive the box by the 11th of the following month.

After your first box, you should always get your box in the first round of deliveries between the 15th and 25th of the month.
