When do I receive my Degustabox?

For your first box:

  • If you sign up before the 19th you should receive your box by the 5th of the following month.
  • If you sign up between the 19th and 25th, you should receive your box by the 10th of the following month.
  • If you sign up between the 26th and the last day of the month, you should receive your box by the 15th of the following month.

This applies to the first box only. From the second month you will receive your box at the beginning of the month.

My box is slow to arrive. How can I check its status?

To check your box status we will send you a tracking number as we send your box out. If your box hasn’t arrived by the 15th of the month send us an email and we will solve it immediately.

How do I sign up?

Please navigate to: www.degustabox.com/us and hit the button "Buy Now!". Enter your personal information and select the subscription option you would like (monthly or bi-annually). Please make sure all the boxes are correctly filled out and click "Buy Now!". Enter your payment details and verify the total amount to be paid. If you are unsure whether the data entered is correctly you can navigate to the previous page by using the Back-button of your browser. Confirm your order. After confirming the payment, your order has been made. You will automatically be redirected to your user profile where you can change and update your personal data. If you are still unsure or have any questions you can always contact our customer service.

What will I find in the Degustabox?

You will receive a variety of exciting food products, the items in the box will be a surprise but we can say one thing, you will always find something new and delicious!

Do I need to subscribe to receive a box?

Yes, it is a monthly subscription but there is no commitment involved, you can unsubscribe at anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Unsubscribe through the Contact form before the 15th of the month. Please send us your cancellation request in writing and follow the instructions provided by customer service. Cancellations cannot be made over the phone.

Can I order more than one box per month?

Yes of course! If you want to order more than one please subscribe using details of the intended recipient.

I have received my first Degustabox, what next?

Enjoy! Try the products and let us know what you think, we want to hear from you. If you are satisfied with your box, continue with your subscription. If not, cancel your subscription before the 15th of the month by contacting us through the Contact form

A product in the Degustabox arrived in poor condition, what do I do?

No problem, contact us through the Contact form and we will send you a new product in your next box.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payments need to be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

How do I update my credit/debit card information?

Just login into your user profile via the “My Account” button at the top of the website. From there you can update all your information.

Are my card details authorized?

Upon registering, restarting regular deliveries, reactivating your account or changing card details, a small payment may be taken from your card in order to authorize it and prevent fraud. This payment will be immediately voided, but some banks may temporarily reflect these against your account balance.



How do I use my Degusta Points?

Log into your account and click the “My Points” button on the left hand side. Here you will see how many points you have. Once you have enough click the redeem button and get excited for your next Degustabox.


Can I return my Degustabox for a refund?

For food safety reasons we are unable to accept any returns once the box has left our warehouse. If you are unsatisfied with your box for any reason please contact us via the Contact form and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

Do you deliver to all areas of the US?

Currently our courier service is only available for residents in the Contiguous United States (the lower 48). This area does not include: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau.
