How does it work?

Can I customize the box?
Unfortunately we are unable to customize the boxes on an individual basis. We always try to include a mix of surprising and innovative products so that there's something for everyone.We hope to be able to offer customized boxes in the future.
What is the minimum subscription time?
There is no mimimum subscription time. You can cancel at anytime on our Contact Form.
When will I be charged?
Following your first month, we charge all existing customers automatically on the 19th of each month. Unfortunately we cannot offer customized payment dates at the moment.
Can I receive more than one box?
Sorry but that is not currently an option. At the moment we only offer one box per subscriber each month.
How can I pay for my box?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
How do I update my payment details?
When you log into your account you will the following options. Click Payment Methods and you can update your payment information:
