Payment Issue

How can I pay for my box?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
How do I update my payment details?
When you log into your account you will the following options. Click Payment Methods and you can update your payment information:

Why was I charged $2?
When you updated your payment information our system makes an temporary authorization hold to make sure the card is valid. Normally this does not show up on your account but once in a while it appears as a $2.00 pending charge. The money will not be charged to your account and the charge will disappear from your account once the pending transaction has processed. This typically does not take more than 2 business days.
