Korma Curry Sauce
McDonnells Korma is a creamy, coconut flavoured curry sauce mix, created from a unique spice blend, for a deliciously rich and mild Indian meal, that's quick and easy to make.
Korma Chicken Curry - Cooking Time 15-20 mins
WHAT YOU NEED - SERVES 2
1 sachet of McDonnells Korma Curry Sauce Mix.
2 large chicken breasts (sliced into strips).
1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
1 large onion (diced).
3 fl.oz of coconut milk.
1 fl.oz of cream.
COOK UP A STORM
Follow the directions to make 1 sachet of McDonnells Korma Curry Sauce.
As the sauce is cooking, heat the oil in a wok or frying pan, and stir fry the chicken strips for 5 minutes until cooked through.
Add the onions and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Pour in the sauce and coconut milk and cream, gently stir and allow flavours to infuse for 2 minutes.
Add in chopped coriander, stir and serve.
Serve with rice and naan bread.
