What is an Edition Box?

Aside from our monthly surprise boxes, we also offer limited Edition Boxes throughout the year. We often offer special one-off boxes based on seasonality. In the past years, we have successfully launched a Cold Box full of fresh goodies. We also haven't forgotten about Christmas, as we offer XXL Advent Calendars with exciting products to match the theme of the festivities!
Is an Edition Box linked to a subscription?

No. An Edition Box like the Cold Box or Advent Calendar are not linked to a monthly subscription. As an existing DegustaBox customer, as well as a new customer you can order an Edition Box without having to expect further charges for other boxes.
What is a Cold Box?

Everything fresh and in perfect condition, ready to enjoy with family or friends. It's your chance to discover the coolest foodie products from the refrigerated aisle, both big names and new brands. Get ready to enjoy a varied selection of fantastic fresh products sent directly to your home, ready for you to unbox and enjoy with family and friends.
When is the Cold Box available to order?

There are different periods in the year to order your Cold Box. However, these dates are subject to change. Normally, the Edition Boxes can be found in the banner on our home page. If not, then the easiest way to stay in the loop is by subscribing to our newsletter, which you can find at the bottom of our homepage.
Which are the common Cold Box enquiries?

>> Change Cold Box details:
You are able to change your details in your online account under My Account - Personal Details and Address. Please take into account that last minutes changes are not possible, as we work with tight deadlines in order to ensure a smooth delivery. You could contact the courier directly in order to be considered for last minute changes. At this stage, we can only send boxes to one address and not to multiple addresses.
>> Follow your Cold Box journey:
In your confirmation email, as well as in your online account, you will find indicative dates of when your Cold Box will be delivered. Once your Cold Box has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking link with precise delivery information provided by the courier. It is advisable that somebody can accept the Cold Box instantly - to ensure the products arrive in the best condition.
