FRANK* bars are a deliciously indulgent, chocolatey snack bar made with 100% natural ingredients such as gluten-free wholegrain oats, velvety dates & opulent plums and topped with a delicious dairy-free coconut cream chocolate. FRANK* bars are gluten, nut, & dairy-free and are a source of protein, with each bar containing almost 4g of protein per 35g bar. They are also vegan & vegetarian friendly and are a healthier alternative to many standard snacks as they contain no additives, preservatives, colourings, refined sugars or salt. FRANK* bars contain ENERGYSMART®, which is a patented, all-natural combination of carbohydrates and fruit-juice concentrates which together provide longer-lasting energy, making them an ideal sports/on-the go snack that keeps you going without the guilt or the 'sugar-low'.

I was sure about this but on tasting it was nice.

Couldn't really taste the fruit in the bar as the chocolate and oat was a strong flavour. however my partner disagrees with me and could really taste the fruit.
